Ben has over 30 years of experience building, growing, and leading distinguished manufacturing companies. Prior to becoming Tefron’s CEO in 2017,  he was the CEO of outdoor brand Teramar Sports. He also continues to act as Vice President of Lamour Hosiery — a position he’s held since 1983. Recognized by all as a hands-on leader with a passion for creating innovative products that exceed customer expectations, Ben’s ultimate goal is to do good — for his team, clients, community, family, and friends. Beyond his work, Ben loves nothing more than spending time with family and getting his daily dose of exercise — spinning being his choice work-out.

Michael’s 20 years of experience and thorough understanding of the seamless development and production process are just a few reasons why he’s such an asset to our team. From his early stints in shipping, design, and sample rooms to his extensive sales and merchandising experience, he’s practically grown up in the business. As the former VP of Sales & Merchandising at Nouvelle Seamless, he helped grow what was then a small start-up into the largest North American seamless manufacturing facility, eventually integrating it into Tefron in 2010. As President, Michael oversees our sales, marketing, product design, and development efforts. He’s built an international team of talented designers, merchandisers, and operators, and played a crucial role in expanding our North America.

Gera joined Tefron in February 2019, bringing with him over 25 years of experience leading international consumer goods companies to financial success. While his specialty lies in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and high-end fashion brand turnarounds, there’s nothing he loves more than building great teams! A strategic, hands-on leader; Gera is a big believer in maintaining high ethical standards while fostering loyalty and integrity above all else in finance management.

Osnat is a graduate of both Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University, boasting a postgraduate degree in Business and over 20 years of textile industry experience. Believing that teamwork creates the type of magic that can accomplish any goal or objective, and having always felt that the textile industry chose her, she’s had the opportunity to lead diverse teams over the years, from product creation and design to marketing and beyond. Today, Osnat leads Tefron’s Marketing and Innovation team and is proud to be part of a unique community of talented individuals who contribute to Tefron’s creative, innovative, and fun culture.

Jillian is proud to be part of this amazing global team. As the lead on creative and design she appreciates collaborating with the teams to provide commercially viable products that also lead the way in innovation. With over 20 years expertise in design and development, her passion and energy to continue to knit the future support the pillars of Tefron’s foundation.
