THE ROLE

This is a senior leadership role combining financial leadership (CFO) with operational responsibility (COO). The role requires deep financial expertise alongside strong operational understanding of manufacturing environments, with responsibility for both strategic financial management and day-to-day operational effectiveness.

 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

Financial Responsibilities (CFO Side)

Financial Management

• Budgeting and long-term financial planning
• Cash flow management
• Capital allocation and investments
• Cost control for large manufacturing operations

Public Company / Group Reporting

• Financial statements according to IFRS
• Quarterly and annual reporting
• Internal controls (SOX-like frameworks)
• Audit management

Strategic Finance

• Banking relationships

Operational Responsibilities (COO Side)

Factory Operations

• Production planning
• Supply chain management

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Professional Background

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
• MBA – strongly preferred
• Fluent English

Professional Certifications

• CPA / Chartered Accountant
• CMA / ACCA

Experience

• 10–15 years of senior management experience
• 5–10 years in finance leadership roles (Controller / Finance Director / CFO)
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial environments
