The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience who is eager to contribute across multiple marketing functions. The Marketing Associate will support digital channels, trade marketing initiatives, and day-to-day coordination efforts while gaining exposure to strategic brand-building in a B2B environment.

This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and executional excellence, along with a positive, can-do mindset and a genuine passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help drive the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of social media content across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and B2B channels
  • Contribute to content development, scheduling, asset coordination, performance tracking, and continuous improvement based on insights and results
  • Ensure consistent application of Tefron’s brand standards across all digital touchpoints
  • Execute and optimize Amazon digital merchandising initiatives, including product listings, imagery, content updates, and performance enhancements
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen product storytelling, accuracy, and brand alignment across the platform
  • Maintain and enhance website content through regular updates, basic edits, and coordination with external partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve content relevance, usability, and alignment with marketing and business objectives
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of global and regional tradeshows and industry events to support brand visibility and lead generation while being mindful of logistics, timelines, marketing materials, and booth assets to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage post-event follow-up, asset organization, and insights gathering
  • Own day-to-day marketing coordination, including timelines, asset management, and cross-functional communication
  • Support campaign execution, presentations, reporting, and analysis to inform future initiatives
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and marketing outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience (B2B experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Social media management
  • Digital merchandising, ideally with Amazon
  • Website content maintenance
  • Tradeshow or event coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
