Our pattern makers work with our extensive knit library to develop patterns and then use virtual 3D prototyping to visualize how a style will look as well as where the body mapping will be. Not only does this help to shorten lead times, but it also ensures that every garment meets our clients’ style and size requirements.

By drawing upon our expert knowledge and precision engineering, we carefully study each client mandate to create dynamic multifunctional garments. With over 300 state-of-the-art machines at our disposal, we design one pixel at a time, guaranteeing ultimate levels of comfort and support while ensuring the right fit.

Thanks to our extensive yarn selection fabric, we can easily customize every piece with specific performance features. From antimicrobial fabric to moisture-wicking materials and beyond, we use a variety of natural, synthetic and custom yarns to produce high-performance seamless wear.

We blend the perfect balance of pigment into every piece using sustainable dyeing methods as well as pre-dyed yarns, piece dyeing, and CO2 dying techniques.

We attribute our impeccable cut-and-trim process to our machines, which cut and sew simultaneously, and to the fact that we pre-knit every cutting line. The result? A flawless final product.

Our in-house lab conducts detailed inspections of every sample. We also work with third-party testing companies over and above our own QA process to ensure that every product meets high design standards as well as performance and brand requirements.
