Sous sa direction, non seulement Tefron China a été fondée, mais de nombreuses usines et partenaires d’usine ont été établis, d’innombrables employés ont été recrutés et formés, et des processus de travail qui nourrissent de solides relations avec les clients ont été conçus. Au fil des ans, elle a joué un rôle essentiel dans la constitution et le soutien des équipes de développement et de production de l’entreprise sur les marchés internationaux, et elle ne montre aucun signe de ralentissement.

If there were a single sentence that could capture Rivka’s approach to her work, it would be “the impossible is possible.” Under her management, not only was Tefron China founded, but numerous factories and factory partners have been established, countless employees have been recruited and trained, and working processes that nurture strong customer relationships have been designed. Over the years, she’s played an integral role in building and supporting the company’s development and production teams across international locations, and she is showing no signs of slowing down.
